She had a 76-year-old body.In 1992, Ms. Burstein was hired as Elaine’s official photographer. Elaine’s was a Manhattan nightclub on the Upper East Side where writers, actresses, sports, politicians, and filmmakers congregated in a salon under the command of the owner’s tyrannical Elaine Kaufman.
