Jesse was excited to attend MUN Conference, where 1200 students participated at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel in 2006. He was also seen drinking alcohol which was prohibited in the MUN.
Jesse was seen at 1:30 am in Four Points Sheraton drinking with his friends and then going downstairs for his security council meeting with his friend, Ralph.
He and Ralph had to attend a meeting at 2:30 am. Ralph was already in the discussion, and Jesse arrived around 2:30 am.
When he entered the room, he seemed to require help walking as he was drunk at that moment. At 2:50 am, Jesse had whispered something to Ralph.
Ralph couldn’t understand what he said to him and didn’t give much thought to it. He thought Jesse might have gone to the restroom and would return, but he never did.
Jesse’s missing case got featured in Investigation Discovery. Similarly, filmmaker Brian Rose made a documentary movie, When I Last Saw Jese, regarding his missing case, which got released in 2019.

One the body was found by the drivers from the river, and it was estimated to be his body, but later the person was revelead to be someone else.
There have been different theories regarding his disappearance from Chicago. Some people believed he might have drowned in the river.

He studied at the University of Missouri, majoring in communications and minoring in political science. Jesse was also active in various clubs present on campus.
He was into studies and club activities and was a member of the University’s Model United Nations (MUN).
His dream was to go to the 2006 Model United Nations Conference going to be held at the University of Chicago. He was excited to be part of the MUN 2006 conference.
His happiness didn’t last for long when he disappeared from Four Points Sheraton in November 20006.

Jesse Ross’s parents are Don and Donna Ross. Jesse’s parents were in their home in Belton, Missouri, when they got the call that their son had been missing from the Hotel.
They wanted to fly to Chicago as soon as possible. But they couldn’t go to Chicago due to Thanksgiving; all the flights were packed. The detectives calmed down his parents through the call and ensured they had been searching for him.
Simialrly, investigators believed that they could find Jesse so he could get back to celebrate Thanksgiving. Still, everything went downhill when they did everything, but there were no results and answers to his disappearance.
