Shada has been voicing Finn since he was 10 years old. He has also voiced other characters such as Marceline’s ex-boyfriend Ash and Marshall Lee, Marceline and Princess Bubblegum’s half-brother from another dimension.

Jeremy Shada credits his family and his siblings for his success.
Jeremy’s parents are Dean Shada and Lina Shada, unfortunately much isn’t known about Shadas.
But, the youngest of three children Jeremy Shada has two older brothers. His brothers’ names are Josh Shada and Jack Shada.
Josh Shada played the role of Schwartz in the 2007 comedy film Mr. Woodcock, where he acted with Billy Bob Thornton and Susan Sarandon.
Zack Shada has appeared in the Jane Doe series. He also appeared as a thin boy in the 2003 film Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
Born in Boise, Idaho, United States, Mr. Jeremy Shada moved to Los Angeles, California, United States (the city of angels), when he was just seven years old.
Shada initially began his career by appearing in commercials.
His first acting gig was at the age of seven in the 2004 movie Miracle Run.

Jeremy says that he was inspired by his brother Zach to go into acting. Zach was initially the voice of Finn the Human.

Three years later, Jeremy was pursued by his agent to audition for Finn, an actor having watched the pilot episode of Adventure Time, he then matched his voice to his brothers’.
Adventure Time is a hit animated eight times Emmy award-winning fantasy television series that aired on Cartoon Network from April 5, 2010, to September 3, 2018. The series premise is set in a post-apocalyptic world in the Land of Ooo.
In the series, we see Finn( played by Jeremy Shada and his adventures along with his best friend Jake ( John Maggio), a dog with magical powers.
Other characters in the show include Princess Bubblegum ( voiced by Hynden Watch), Ice King ( Tommy Kenny), and BMO( Niki Yang).
Talking with Katie Steed in 2016, Jeremy mentions how supportive his parents were. He talks about his parents never pushed him for fame, instead set realistic grounds, if acting doesn’t work out it will be fine.
Jeremy says it was merely a chance that he took and before he knew one thing led to another.
It was his parents who first took him to see an agent and the rest is history. Jeremy Shada’s dad was first skeptical about Jeremy landing any roles.
In his words to Katie Steed, “Yeah yeah – there’s a lot of times when you’ll have kids in the industry and there’s obviously parents pushing them and going ‘you will be famous’!
For us, that wasn’t the way at all – my parents have always been very supportive of us, but it was ultimately – if you want to do it ‘awesome’, we’ll help and support you in that, but if you wanna do it then do it 100%.
Or, if you don’t want to then do something else 100% – so we just loved movies and TV shows and we live in LA so it was a possible thing to do, so they were kind enough to humor us and take us to an agent and see what happened.
I think my dad just thought it would be ‘oh ok thanks for coming’ and nothing would come of it, but after that, we went out and started booking jobs and we’ve been working ever since and it just went from there.”

Jeremy Shada formed a pop-punk band named make Out Monday in 2014. This band was formed along with his brother Zach Shada John Spicer and Seth Renken.
Similarly, he launched his solo musical career with his stand-alone single, Ballerina.

By 2021, he released his first album named Vintage.
