Nata da un umile famiglia canadese incomincia a lavorare come cassiera in un supermercato, successivamente si sposa nel 1993 con un Paul un fumettista e ha due figli, uno nel 1997 e un altro nel 2001. Perso il lavoro nel 2003 decide di coltivare il suo più grande sogno quello di fare l’attrice. Incomincia a muovere i primi passi in vari cortometraggi o partecipazioni a serie televisivi, pur essendo un’attrice di poco rilievo oggi continua sempre a lavorare con varie comparse.
