Born June 26th, 1992 in Long Beach, California, actress Jennette McCurdy rose to fame playing the lovable cynic “Sam Puckett” on Nickelodeon’s original hit series “iCarly”. She now has her own spin off show on the same network entitled “Sam and Cat” where she plays the same character and acts as a starring title character rather than a supporting actress. Jennette makes about $50,000 per episode that she shoots, and the total Jennette McCurdy net worth is currently estimated at about $5 million. Jennette has appeared as a guest star in numerous other family-oriented shows, mainly on Nickelodeon, but also on similar channels like ABC Family.
Like many other teen stars of her generation, McCurdy has also tried her hand in the music realm. She has put out two EPs, and in June of 2012 she released her first full-length studio album, titled simply, “Jennette McCurdy”. Time will tell whether or not her music venture will be as fruitful as her acting career has been.
