Jenna Jameson, a model and former porn star who appeared in over 200 pornographic films, shocked her fans and followers when she revealed she was suffering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare neurological condition. On Instagram, the actress broke the terrible news to her half-million followers.
Jenna Jameson’s fiance took over her Instagram account on Saturday, January 8, to reveal that she was in the hospital receiving treatment. Jameson, 47, had been “throwing up for a couple of weeks,” according to his fiance.
Jenna Jameson was released from the hospital after a CT scan revealed she was healthy. The Queen of Porn stated that she learned about the unusual disease after she became unable to walk while conveying the awful news.
Jenna Jameson said in an Instagram video that physicians suspected she had Guillain-Barré syndrome and that she had started therapy for it. She also stated that she will remain in the hospital till her therapy is completed.
“Hey guys, first of all, thank you for all the love and support through my DMs. I see each and every one of you, and I appreciate it”, said Jameson, adding, “the doctors suspect Guillain-Barré syndrome and have started my IVIG treatment. I am in the hospital and will likely remain here until treatment is complete. I hope to be out of here soon.” She concluded, “PS I did NOT get the jab or any jab. This is NOT a reaction to the jab. Thank you for your concern.”
