Jeanine Mason (Jeanine Marie Mason) is an American actress and dancer Who won the 5th season of the Fox television show So You Think You Can Dance.

She earned herself the title of America’s Favorite Dancer and began her acting career then. Jeanine has been seen in ABC’s biblical drama “Of Kings and Prophets” opposite Ray Winstone and in the feature film Default opposite David Oyelowo.

Jeanine has also appeared in TV series like ABC Family’s Bunheads, TNT’s Major Crimes, You’re the Worst, Awkward, “NCIS: Los Angeles”, “CSI” and Nickelodeon’s Big Time Rush. She also had a recurring role on ABC’s popular medical drama Grey’s Anatomy, as Dr. Sam Bello.

Bello went for an interview at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital to be considered for an internship and in her interview, she said that she had read all about the fire and Stephanie Edwards was her hero. She, however, did not realize they had already done the remodel of the hospital.

Bello was forced to move to Switzerland after an ICE agent came looking for her at the hospital wanting to have her deported back to El Salvador, where she was born.
