Why are Jason Mewes’ Teeth Chipped?
The New Jersey native, Jason Mewes has never admitted to wearing false teeth, but since 2010, his abnormally flawless smile has drawn criticism on social media. It’s thought that Jason’s years of addictive substance use caused his teeth to deteriorate, which made him need dentures.
After appearing in 1995’s Mallrats, the actor first developed an opioid addiction. Kevin, who directed the buddy comedy, pleaded with Jason to go to a recovery facility, but Jason kept relapsing.
On Christmas morning in 2002, he experienced his lowest point when he awoke to discover that the couch he had been resting on was on fire. While high on an addictive substance, the “Dogma” star left a candle burning.
Jason ultimately became sober in 2006, but he relapsed three years later after having surgery. Fortunately, his followers and childhood friend, Kevin, were present to assist his friend in getting clean.
For more than ten years, Jason Mewes’ teeth suffered the burden of his addiction. Many drug users have decayed, missing, or ground teeth, which weakens them over time.
Fortunately, Jason’s face was graced with a flawless smile thanks to dentures that concealed the damage to his natural dentition. As reported by cardsdential, he paid thirty thousand dollars for the removal of repairable teeth and fitting of false teeth.
Jason is also a shining example of hope for many individuals, particularly those dealing with addiction.
