Nick Jr.’s previous key person is Janice Burgess. She is the creator and executive producer of The Backyardigans, a CGI-animated Nick Jr. cartoon about five high-spirited buddies and their creative, musical adventures that aired from 2004 to 2008. Burgess worked at Children’s Television Workshop as the project manager for Ghostwriter.
