Jaime Osuna is a convicted Notorious Kern killer who is accused of beheading and torturous slaying of another cellmate, Luis Romero at Corcoran State Prison in California. The accused was already serving a life sentence without parole for brutally murdering a Bakersfield woman back in 2011. A self-proclaimed sadistic killer, Jaime admitted to murdering his fellow prisoner in a vicious and barbarous manner at California prison. 

According to the authorities, the victim, Luis Romero suffered a gruesome assault while still alive. Reports suggest that Jaime decapitated several of the victim’s body parts, stabbed his eyes, and partially removed his lungs. Jaime faces the possible death penalty for this heinous crime.
