Jaida Benjamin an actress who is best known for reprising the role of Kelly on Family Reunion has been reported missing as per an appeal by her mom, Jocinda Benjamin. She was last seen on Ventura Boulevard, located in the San Fernando Valley at around 6:30 pm on Saturday, Feb 20. Jaida stands at 5’3″ and weighs 115 lbs and is currently 27 years old.

The actress whose hometown is Charlotte, North Carolina, has appeared in Devilreaux, Christmas with My Ex, and The Step Daddy. Her disappearance comes just weeks after she and her mom said they would take a “hiatus” from the entertainment industry. On her social media platforms, Jocinda wrote in light of the recent tragic news of multiple suicides, combined with our own mental health concerns, the two were taking a much-needed hiatus from the entertainment industry.

Vincent M. Ward who is best known for his role in the Walking Dead posted on Instagram: “Yoooo if you’re in Los Angeles and you see this young lady please call the number. ” He went on to write, “Jaida has played my daughter and I’ve worked with her a number of times… California friends and family, please share!”

Her mom Jocinda has posted the same appeal on her Instagram account. JoCinda is the CEO at Momager On-Set and the personal manager of her daughter.

Jaida’s family has come out seeking public help in locating her. Her uncle Teddy Smooth B Benjamin wrote on his Facebook, “Please help me pray for my niece Jaida Iman Benjamin.” He went on to write that Jaida is not missing and could have just removed herself in a space to think.

Teddy went on to write, “With all these challenges in the world, right now she needs personal strength and God’s protection. Lord God, I pray for Your protection as I begin this day. You are my hiding place, and under Your wings, I can always find refuge. Protect me from trouble wherever I go, and keep evil far from me, In Jesus Name Amen”.
