American actor and singer, Jackson Rathbone has an estimated net worth of $7 million. Born Monroe Jackson Rathbone V on December 14, 1984 in Singapore, he has already shown interest in acting at such an early age. While attending the Trinity School of Midland, a college preparatory school, he was part of a local theater with the youth actors program “The Pickwick Players” and he did musical theater. He then majored in acting when he attended the Interlochen Arts Academy, a private school for the arts in Michigan, during his junior and senior years of high school.
A quintessential screen heartthrob who bore more than a passing appeal to young female viewers, Jackson Rathbone began signing for movie roles in his early twenties. He made guest appearances on the TV series The O.C. and Close to Home, and held an ongoing role on the short-lived Daphne Zuniga drama series Beautiful People. However, he first began to attract serious attention and consideration with his fine contribution to the Hallmark made-for-television drama The Valley of Light (2007), as a young convict in the post-WWII American South. In 2008, Rathbone landed one of the starring roles in director Catherine Hardwicke’s much-anticipated vampire drama Twilight and appeared on other Twilight installments until 2012 for Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.
