In 2020, when speaking on the Not Here To Make Friends podcast, he admitted to having his first Botox injections when he was just 19 years old. He had two creases on his forehead, and he tried to get them removed, and it worked. He also said that he had his teeth fixed.

While Jack has admitted to paying $25,000 for a full set of porcelain veneers from a prominent dentist in Melbourne, Daily Mail argued that he might have got the therapy for free in exchange for advertising the facility on his social media pages.
Likewise, he is said to have spent $15,000 on filling his cheeks, nose, and lips, including initial procedures and top-ups. He had received criticism surrounding his larger lips; he said that using fillers is like makeup.
