Jack “Jackie” Daly (28 May 1915 – 5 May 1988) was an Irish politician who represented the Fine Gael party in County Kerry. He served as a Senator in the Seanad Éireann for a number of years (English: Senate of Ireland). Killarney Autos? (Killarney, County Kerry), which he founded and managed, was the subject of a by-election held on April 23, 1975, to fill the vacancy left by the death of Senator Denis Farrelly on the Industrial and Commercial Panel. The 1977 and 1981 Seanad elections saw him lost, but he was re-elected to the 16th Seanad in the 1982 election, making him the longest serving member of that body.
He served in the position until his death in 1988, at the age of almost 73. Tony Bromell of Fianna Fáil was elected to fill the vacancy left by his resignation from the 18th Seanad in the ensuing by-election. Daly was a persistent champion for the interests of the Irish motor industry in the Seanad, and he served on the council of the Society of the Irish Motor Industry for a number of years before joining the House of Commons. At the time of his death, he served as Chief Whip of the opposition in the Seanad. Senator Jack Daly brought up the subject in Seanad in July 2012.
