J.R. The.R. In the middle of adultery and breakup speculation, Smith and Jewel Harris recently reunited. To mark the third birthday of their second baby, Dakota, the retired Cleveland Cavaliers star and his estranged wife set aside their disagreements.
The divorced pair were seen clapping and cheering together in one photo uploaded on the birthday girl’s Instagram. They, though, stopped the photo from being shared to their websites.
“Happy Birthday To My Kota Soda! 3yrs Baby! With all you’ve been through. I’m extremely proud of you an I love you! Thank you so much for being the beautiful soul that you are,” the NBA star related to the premature birth of his daughter when sharing images of the infant alone and with him. There was not a diamond in sight.
On her own post, Jewel made the same pass, “The tears won’t stop!…Happy 3rd Birthday Dakota [love] I Birthed You, I Love You and I Need You! Thank you for fighting to be and remain here! Because of YOU @ mykotabear your life has a following and foundation that will forever be apart of your legacy and journey! God Willing I will be here through it all.”
J.R. The.R. In the year 2016, Smith married Jewel Harris. They share three daughters with each other, plus he’s got another daughter from a former engagement. With “The Flash” actress Candice Patton, their engagement was rocked by allegations that he cheated on her.
A tearful video was later released by Jewel, seeking to give their marriage another shot. In his response to her video, however, Smith was dismissive of her. “No weapon formed against me,” he wrote. “IG ain’t a place for relationships! But God told me to tell y’all I’ve been separated for months he doesnt understand why his child failed to mention that… #thatsall.”
