J. Cole is the newest hip-hop sensation to be embroiled in a controversy about adultery. The musician, who newly launched his latest single “Middle Child” is suspected of sleeping with the Chinese Kitty reality star “Love & Hip Hop Miami” despite being committed to his mom, Melissa Heholt, since 2015.
A writer with the name of Tasha K. The news broke on her website and her channel on YouTube. She believes that last December she got the tip as well as photos supporting the cheating accusations, but until recently, after J., she did not publish the story. Cole’s camp somehow discovered that if she releases anything pertaining to his supposed infidelity, she has the details and threatens her with a letter of cease and desist.
Tasha claims the 34-year-old rapper impregnated the Chinese and now has one of her children, a daughter, as her father. Tasha says that the same news about J was written on an Instagram profile. Cole has got the same threat from his legal staff, and all articles linked to the hacking rumor have since been taken down by the website.
The cheating claim emerged last year for the first time. The reports were allegedly refuted to no avail by both J. Cole and the Chinese, who are a biracial model based in Miami.
J. In 2015, Cole married his long-term partner, Melissa Heholt. They also attended the University of St. John’s. Melissa is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Dreamville. While the duo have kept their personal lives very secret, in a May 2018 interview, the “Deja Vu” hitmaker confirmed that he and his wife have a son together.
His claims of adultery notwithstanding, J. Since launching his latest single ‘Middle Kid’ in January, Cole has celebrated a fresh surge of popularity. On Billboard’s Top 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs lists, the single debuted at No. 4 and No. 2 respectively.
Though he stated he intended not to go on tour in 2019 to complete work on many projects, he was tapped to play at the Dreamville Festival, which was rescheduled for April 6 after being postponed earlier because of weather problems brought by Hurricane Florence in 2018.
