Born in 1960, Noah walked down the aisle with Anneke Rachel Rifkin on September 13, 1992. The then 23-year-old was the assistant vice president of the Metropolitan Funding Corporation at the time of their marriage.

Ariella Perlman

Daughter Ariella Perlman is a flutist. Born into a family of avid musicians, it isn’t surprising for children to develop interests in music while growing up.

During 2006 and 2007, she toured Europe and the US with an Arab-Israeli orchestra, the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. Likewise, she played with the Honolulu Symphony in 2008.
