Is Zach Roloff Sick? – Health Update
Yes, Zach Roloff is battling Achondroplasia Dwarfism. However, other rumors suggesting that he’s suffering from cancer seem fake.
Although Zach’s health is frequently discussed on the show, Tori disclosed on Instagram in March 2021 that she had challenges after she miscarried. Tori and Zach have two children together, but they tragically lost their third child when Tori was six weeks pregnant.
When Tori learned they had lost the baby, she wrote on Instagram that she had “never felt so heartbroken, angry, and afraid in one instant.”
Throughout the crisis, Zach put his own health concerns aside and only thought of his wife, Tori Roloff.
Before that, viewers of Little People, Big World saw Tori and Zach’s dog Sully die of liver cancer. Sully was just three years old at the time, and both Zach and Tori were devastated by his death.

Zach Roloff Cancer Rumors: Does He Have A Cancer?
Despite the reports, Zach has not publicly stated that he has cancer of any kind. So it’s unclear where the allegations originate, but Zach’s admirers are concerned that something major is wrong with his health.
While it’s no secret that he’s had health issues in the past, cancer does not appear to be one of them. However, Zach was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, which has caused his spinal canal to narrow on Little People, Big World.
