Gethin Clifford has really been bad at relationships with his partners. Many have questioned him to be gay. If not, will the next relationship he will be in will make him married to his wife?
Gethin Clifford Jones is a Welsh television personality who was born on February 12, 1978.
He was a rugby union player at Manchester Metropolitan University and began his television career as a presenter of children’s shows such as Poppy, Mas Draw, and the main children’s entertainment show Uned 5 (Unit 5, 2002–2005) on the Welsh language channel S4C after graduation.
Jones became the 31st presenter of the BBC children’s show, Blue Peter, in 2005. In 2020, he began hosting the BBC1 magazine show Morning Live, which airs five mornings a week.
The success of the show led to it being commissioned as an all-year-round feature of the BBC1 schedule after a trial run that ended in December 2020.
Is Gethin Jones Married To A Wife, Or Is He Gay?
As of the moment, Gethin is not married to a wife nor in a relationship with anyone. Also, if we take a look into his past relationships, the chance of him being married is highly unlikely.
Katherine, a Welsh singer, is Gethin’s most renowned ex. In 2011, the couple was engaged for ten months. However, after dating since 2007, the couple split in December 2011.
She is presently married to Andrew Levitas, an American painter. Katherine then confessed that Gethin was the one who wanted to break up.
Gethin also had a brief romance with Lucy, a former Towie star.
After they split in 2014, Gethin told media that he had “nothing but wonderful things to say” about her and that they “still kept in touch.”
In 2017, he began dating Katja, a lovely woman. Well, that relation did last long either. Gethin has been single since the pair parted in 2018.
Gethin Jones Parents And Family: Who Are They?
Gethin Jones was born to his parents Goronwy Jone and Sylwia Jones. His mother Sylwia was a violin teacher, and his father, Goronwy Jone, was a headteacher of Baden Powell Primary School.
Not much is known about them, except their profession. Not much would guess a boy born to a school headmaster would make it big into the entertainment industry. They must be quite proud of his success.
Mererid Jones is Gethin Jones’s older sister. A Polish-Jewish immigrant was one of his maternal great-grandfathers.
He went to Ysgol Gynradd Coed-y-Gof and Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf for elementary and secondary school, respectively, with Welsh as his first language.
Jones has a Grade 8 violin and a Grade 6 piano and has performed in school musicals and school and county orchestras. At A-Level, he studied Biology, Geography, and Economics.
