The Las Vegas Raiders have officially unveiled their new president on Thursday. She is the first Black woman to occupy the position with an NFL team.
Sandra Morgan Douglass is the third female and third African-American to lead an NFL franchise. She is also the newest Raiders employee to overcome obstacles.
From 2013 to 2016, she served as Nevada’s African-American attorney. During her inaugural press conference at Allegiant Stadium, she emphasized leadership and complete openness.
