Many NBA fans are confident that Otto and Wilt are related to one another and suspected that the young basketball star is Wilt’s grandson. However, there is nothing to back any of these claims.
All of these claims come as a result of the fact that there is an uncanny resemblance in the facial structure of both basketball structures. On top of that, Otto is also an excellent player like Wilt.
Adding all these things, NBA fans believe they are related. To prove this point, one Redditor went and alleged Wilt had relationships with more than 20,000 women, so there is the possibility that Otto is a descendant of one of these relationships.
There are only speculations on the internet about them being related but no concrete proof. No one close to both the players have ever released a statement about this strange controversy.
