Is Dwayne Bacon Arrested Over Expired Driving License?
Yes, Dwayne Bacon was arrested over an expired driving license in Florida due to their strict law over expired licenses.
Bacon was recently in Orlando, Florida, with his girlfriend Nique, a Youtuber, and their children and family. Nique had posted a video of a tour of their $2.4 million mansion and stated that they were moving to Orlando.
A couple of days later, Nique posted a video stating that Dwayne was arrested the other day coming home from the gym where he had been playing basketball. When the internet initially heard of Bacon being arrested, they thought it was because of an expired license.

The Florida authorities had stated that the arrest was for this reason; however, on her channel, Nique stated that this wasn’t the case as Bacon’s license was not expired, and Bacon corroborated the story by showing his license on video.
What had happened was Bacon had forgotten his wallet at home, and when pulled over, the police had asked for his social security number.
After checking his social security number, the police officer concluded that Bacon’s license had expired, booked him, and took him to jail. Thankfully, Nique and her family came to pick Bacon up right away.
According to Nique and Bacon, the police officer who arrested Bacon seemed racist and only arrested Bacon because of his skin color. Even when the internet was under the initial misunderstanding that Bacon had been arrested because of an expired license, many thought it was unfair for him to be jailed for it.
