Lili Reinhart is not pregnant in 2022. She also denied pregnancy rumors in May 2018 while dating her coworker Cole Sprouse.
After a casual photo of the actress and her ex-boyfriend Cole Sprouse in New Orleans surfaced online during the week, the actress’s followers started to think she was pregnant.
The pregnancy rumors had to be officially refuted by the actress who portrays Betty Cooper in Riverdale because they had grown out of control.
In an Instagram Stories post, Lili said, “It’s sad that one ugly image of my stomach flying around the internet makes hundreds of people think that I’m pregnant.”
She further said, “Nope. Not a mom. I’m the only one here. And sometimes, I experience bloating. On occasion, I’ve had a bad picture shot of myself. I occasionally go through weight gain stages.”

When asked about her weight gain at the time, the Ohio native Lili Reinhart said, “I thought it was my job to be strong and display confidence in myself, appearing as I do,” during her Riverdale scenes.
Reinhart has the following workout and diet schedule: every day, she does interval aerobic training for 30 minutes; every four to five days, she does a circuit routine that mixes weight and strength training.
Lili Reinhart is balancing her diet but is not currently on any particular diet. Instead, she is working out and exercising in the same way that she always does.

Who Is Lili Reinhart Boyfriend?
Cole Sprouse, a former Riverdale co-star, has been upfront about his relationship with Lili Reinhart. Despite all the media coverage, Cole claimed in a recent interview with GQ that his relationship with Lili was “as real as it gets.”
Sprouse and Reinhart dated on and off for several years after being mentioned initially as a couple in 2017. Sprouse publicized the former couple’s separation in August 2020, even though they kept their romance largely under wraps.
Sprouse later admitted to GQ that he “felt obligated” to discuss their breakup because of the “public currency” the union had accumulated over time.
