Coming back to Mika, she is an American journalist. She is also a talk show host, liberal political commentator, and author. She currently co-hosts MSNBC’s weekday morning broadcast show Morning Joe.

In addition to that, she was formerly a CBS News correspondent and was their principal “Ground Zero” reporter during the morning of the September 11 attacks. Furthermore,  in 2007 she joined MSNBC as an occasional anchor and was subsequently chosen as co-host of Morning Joe, alongside Joe Scarborough.

Ian Brzezinski and Mika Brzezinski are siblings.

They were both born to parents Zbigniew Brzezinski & Emilie Benes Brzezinski. Their father Zbigniew was a  foreign-policy expert and his mother was a sculptor. Aside from Ian, she also has another brother named Mark Brzezinski who is an American diplomat. He was also the United States Ambassador to Sweden from 2011 to 2015 and from 2022 has been the United States Ambassador to Poland.

Furthermore, her second brother is military expert Ian Brzezinski.
