Is Harry Styles Performing At The Grammys? Not Nominated This Year

Harry Styles is not performing at the Grammys this year in 2022. However, he has been nominated for fine lines in Best Immersive Audio Album.

The list of the long-performing artists has already reached the news a while back, which doesn’t include Harry Style this year.

The first batch of nominees for the Grammy Awards in 2022 was revealed in March. It included BTS, Olivia Rodrigo, Brandi Carlile, Brothers Osborne, and Lil Nas X with guest Jack Harlow.

The Recording Academy added more names to the lineup a week later, including H.E.R., Chris Stapleton, and Jon Batiste.

Is Harry Styles Performing At The Grammys 2022?

Harry Styles is not performing at the Grammys in 2022. Other famous artists and singers are on the list, not Harry this time.

The Foo Fighters were also confirmed to perform, but drummer Taylor Hawkins was found dead just one day later.

Since then, the band has canceled all upcoming tour dates to “grieve and heal,” making it highly unlikely that they will attend the Grammys.

In addition, Broadway stars Cynthia Erivo, Ben Platt, and Leslie Odom, Jr. will perform an In Memoriam tribute to late composer Stephen Sondheim.

West Side Story star Rachel Zegler will join the performance.

Trevor Noah of The Daily Show will host this year’s Grammy Awards, and he’ll almost certainly make a joke about the Will Smith/Chris Rock slap.

Furthermore, Harry Styles is undoubtedly one of the most famous pop stars.

With singles like “Sign of the Times,” “Adore You,” “Golden,” and “Watermelon Sugar,” the former One Direction singer has developed into a dynamic solo artist.

Why Is Harry Styles Not Nominated This Year- Is He Attending?

Harry Styles has not been selected to perform on the stage at the Grammys this year. In contrast, his album-Fine Line is nominated for an award, so he will be just attending the Grammys.

Harry is likely to attend the Grammys if he wins the nomination. His nomination falls in Best Immersive Audio Album for Fine Line.

Last year, Styles took home the Oscar for Best Pop Solo Performance for “Watermelon Sugar,” and Fine Line was nominated for Best Pop Album.

In addition, “Adore You” received a nomination for Best Music Video.

Fine Line is participating in the 2022 category, whereas the nominees from the previous year will compete against other albums released in this year’s eligibility year.

Fine Line will compete against Alicia Keys’ Alicia, Patricia Barber’s Clique, Steven Wilson’s The Future Bites, Anne Karin Sundal-Stille Ask’s Grender, and Det Norske.

When you consider his innumerable sold-out gigs and growing list of Gold and Platinum recordings, it’s evident that this man is one of pop music’s brightest stars.
