Nova Henry And Daughter Ava’s Death Timeline
Goings, an attorney, had defended Henry in a paternity dispute involving Curry from 2006, and the two had since started dating. Yolan Henry discovered the bodies hours after the shooting when she visited while at Ms. Henry’s house with her lover, Reginald Carter.
In his testimony from the day before, Carter stated Noah was unconscious and had dried blood all over his hands and feet. He was only the eyewitness to the crime. After the victims were discovered, Goings was taken into custody at a Comfort Inn in Indiana.
According to the Tribune, investigators discovered a bullet in his car consistent with the weapon used to kill Nova Henry and Ava Curry-Henry. This provided more depth to the statement made by Noah about the murderer.
Fredrick Goings Wife And Story Details
Fredrick had an affair with the victim, Nova Henry, in 2006. Before the murder, she wanted to end her relationship with Fredrick. After killing Nova and her daughter, he was seen scrubbing at his fingernails while swimming in a pool, which is a sign he was attempting to wash away evidence.
However, the defense team for Goings argues that there is not any concrete proof that their client was present at Ms. Henry’s house when she was killed. Several pieces of evidence were against him. He was proved guilty in 2013 and sentenced to life imprisonment in jail. He still says that all the charges against him are false and that he is an innocent man.
