Is Brian Laundrie Arrested?
There is no official news about Brian Laundrie’s arrest. However, he is now a person of interest in the case according to the police.
Brian has not been charged with any crime, but he has refused to speak with the authorities about Gabrielle Petito’s disappearance.
According to the Fox News, protesters have gathered outside Brian’s home in Florida. Similarly, some of them chanted ‘Where is Gabby’ during their protest while some carried signs that urged Brian to speak up.
Gabby’s parents have also requested Brian to cooperate with Gabby’s search. Similarly, Gabby’s family contacted Brian’s family earlier this month to talk about Gabby, but his family refused to answer.

Talking about Brian and Gabby’s relationship, they were high school sweethearts. They attended Bayport-Blue Point High School in Bayport, New York, in Suffolk County. Additionally, they moved from Blue Point to North Port in 2019 to live with Brian’s parents.
Gabby revealed that Laundrie had proposed to her in an Instagram post in July 2020, which included a photo of the two on their first date.
However, the last time Gabby video chatted with her mother was on August 23 or 24. On August 30, Gabby’s mother received a text from Gabby’s phone, however, she is not certain if Gabby, herself, sent the message.
On September 1, 2021, Brian returned to his North Port home. However, Gabby was not by his side.
Petito’s family, who live in New York, reported her missing to the Suffolk County, New York, Police Department on Saturday evening after being unable to contact her.
