Zoe Loouise Ball aka Zoe Ball is a British radio and television presenter who was the first female host of both The Radio 2 Breakfast Show and Radio 1 Breakfast for the BBC.
The broadcaster is also known for presenting the 1990s children’s show Live & Kicking, alongside Jamie Theakston for about 3 years from 1996 to 1999.

The fifty-one years old broadcaster, Zoe Ball arrived 25 minutes late on her BBC Radio 2 breakfast show and further left the show within an hour, leaving stand-in presenter Richie Anderson to tell listeners that she was not feeling well.
Zoe apologized to her fans for pulling out of her morning show via Twitter later in the day. The radio presenter fronts her own breakfast show on weekdays and had been due to return to hosting duties for the first episode of the new week.
Her tweet, however, revealed that she was late due to having a flat tyre, while the travel reporter Richie Anderson covered the show until she arrived at around 6.50 am.
She even joked that her stand-in would be disappointed to not get to host the morning show for longer due to her arrival, though Richie was later given that opportunity when she disappeared without warning.
The stand-in presenter Richie, then stated that Zoe had to leave as she was not feeling well.

Her tweet later that day revealed that Zoe was late due to a flat tyre on her car while she was driving to the show and became unwell as she overexerted herself as she immediately rushed into the show.
