Alexandra James Plays Aisha In ‘Sex Education’
Alexandra James is the third member of the popular group known as “the Coven,” alongside Abbi and Roman. She plays the character Aisha, who is deaf as is the actress who portrays her, Alexandra James—she wears a hearing aid, and is also a skilled lip reader. She’s a sunny and supportive person, but she also has a penchant for gossip and at times gets frustrated with Abbi’s ironclad commitment to “good vibes only.”
“I am so HONOURED to be joining the @sexeducation family! That’s right! Your girl is going to be on Season 4. Thanks to @elevenfilmltd and @netflixuk. You will be able to watch me slay on your TV screen very soon! I’ll be playing Aisha, and I am so excited to share her with you all! It has been a wild journey so far and I am so lucky and grateful to have @felixmufti and @anthony.lexa by my side for this incredible adventure!”
