Throughout his professional career, he has received several awards and honors.

• Similarly, in the 2010 New Year Honours for services to the creative industries, he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire.

• Lucian was appointed to the Order of the British Empire and Knight Bachelor and was also introduced on 29 November 2016.

• In 2014, he was awarded the President’s Merit Award by the Grammy Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the music industry.

Mom Samantha Berg

Elliot Grainge mother Samantha Berg was his inspiration and motivation all his life. Samantha and Lucian met for the first time in 1992 and exchanged vows in January 1993.

While giving birth to their son Elliot she suffered an amniotic fluid embolism that got her experienced complications and fell into a coma from which she never recovered. She died in England in 2007.

In 2006 Daily Mail reported that she survived and remains in what her parents describe as a waking coma where she is able to hear and sense her surroundings but was unable to speak.

The parents of Samantha visit every day at her nursing home to meet her and also paid tribute to their daughter. Before everything went wrong Samantha worked as a solicitor.

Step Mom Caroline Grainge

Elliot Grainge parents also include his stepmom Caroline Grainge. Caroline is a businesswoman, collector of art, and philanthropist.

She is a successful businesswoman in her own right, having co-founded several businesses, including an online retail store and a management consulting firm.

When Elliot was four, his father met his stepmom. They got married in 2002.
