India
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Indian Visa.
- Original Tunisia passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the intended period of exiting the country.
- The passport should have at least two blank pages for visa or entry stamp.
- Correctly filled visa application form duly signed by the applicant.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
- Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application.
- Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of the stay in India.

Requirements
- The Tourist Visa is issued to applicants traveling to India for the purpose of leisure and tourism.
- Applicants of this visa can also visit their friends or relatives living in India.
- Foreigners visiting someone in the country are required to provide a letter of invitation from their host.
- The letter must state the relationship between the applicant and the host and must be accompanied by the valid means of identification of the host.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment during their time in India.
- Minors visiting India are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate and a notarized consent signed by both parents is required.
- The Tourist Visa cannot be extended in India.
- Applicants are expected to leave the country on or before the visa expires.

Requirements
- The business visa is issued to foreigners traveling to India for business purposes.
- Business travelers can negotiate and sign business contracts with other business partners or company in India.
- Holders of this visa can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars relating to their profession.
- An invitation letter from the company in India is required.
- The letter must state the nature of the business to be carried out ad the duration of the business trip.
- The letter must also state who will be responsible for the applicant’s finances while in the country.
- A letter from the sending company in Tunisia should be provided.
- The letter must be printed on the company’s letterhead and state the duration and purpose of the business trip.
- The letter must also state that the employer in Tunisia is aware of the business leave.
- A copy of the Commercial Registration paper of the Tunisia company and its English translation should be provided.
- If the applicant will be sponsored by either the sending or inviting company, it should be clearly stated in the required letters.
- Holders of this visa are not permitted to receive payments for the services they render while in the country.
- Non-Tunisians are required to present a copy of the Tunisia residence permit.
