Michael Santana or Imaqtpie as he is better known as a professional gamer famous for playing League of Legends. Yeah, as long as you’re different like Tyler 1 and good like Santana, people get famous for playing. Imaqtpie has been a streaming personality with intense gaming skills. He is one of the most popular players on Twitch, if not the most popular, with over 1.4 million fans from all over the world.

Imaqtpie, to begin with, was a center line player for a small team called the ‘Oh God Bears’. Currently, his name is extremely prominent among online gamers and he has risen to the top in the industry and it was only possible because of his hard work and dedication. Let us now know more about this amazing player.

Imaqtpie: early life and education

Michael Santana was born on February 21, 1992. The boy from Florida was born to parents Jose and Maria. He grew up in a middle class family without the comforts and luxury that he is experiencing today. Not much is known about Michael and his early days or even about his academics. He, however, used to always be on and around television since his childhood. According to some reports, Santana would sit in front of the television screen and watch channels like the Food Network throughout the day. He also had a Play Station and that played a very important role in contributing to the making of Imaqtpie.

Michael was not serious about pursuing a career in video games. For him, it was just a hobby but then he realized how talented he was at it. Also, Santana became more skilled and started practicing the game ‘League of Legends’. He received encouragement from friends of his who knew his potential and so they started a group called ‘Oh God Bears’.

Michael then began to pursue a gaming career with the group. Santana later moved to California with dreams of making it in the highly regarded industry. He was starting to get attention and players like Li were noticing the impact my Imaqtpie was making. Initially, Michael wasn’t playing competitively, but later, after Scarra suggested it, he joined Rock Solid and the team won the ESL National Premier League.

Michael later joined a different team at Dignitas and was a professional gamer at the time. However, Santana left gaming in 2014, but has already established himself in such a short time. People didn’t seem to forget his fashion sense with the white t-shirt, gym shorts and long shiny flowing hair. Due to his crazy gaming skills and his unique/wacky ways, he was earning a name for himself.

Today, Imaqtpie is famous for this alias name in games. He has his account on the streaming service Twitch with more than 1.4 million followers. Santana’s story is extremely inspiring. He is a man who came from a very humble beginning and is now watched by more than 40 thousand viewers on average.

Currently, the couple leads an incredible life together in a house in Maryland. They have a dog and 2 cats named Dapperdog, Mellowcat, and Smallcat.
