An emerging star in the UK, De Caestecker is quickly making a name for himself in the U.S. Upon his first trip to Los Angeles in 2012, the actor landed a series regular role on the much-anticipated Joss Whedon TV series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..

After a comprehensive search, De Caestecker was cast in the lead role of Ryan Gosling’s feature directorial debut Lost River, with a cast including Saoirse Ronan, Christina Hendricks and Ben Mendelsohn.
