- Mauritius citizens aiming to travel to Hungary can do so without obtaining a visa for a duration of 90 days.
- Visitors must possess passports that are valid for the duration of stay.
- Travellers are not required to pay any airport tax upon their departure from the airport.
- One blank page of the passport is required for entry stamp.
- There are no certificates of vaccination needed to enter Hungary.
- Travellers must have a sum of money equivalent to HUF 1,000 in hard currency per each day of stay.
- A document authorizing the visitor to withdraw cash from a bank in Hungary will be requested.
- Visitors must provide proof of accommodation reserved and paid through a travel agency.
- Intending visitors can get to Hong Kong from any international airport in Mauritius. There are international airports in Port Louis and Rodrigues.
- Airlines that go from Mauritius to Hong Kong are Emirates, Lufthansa, British Airways and others.
- The official language is Hungarian, which is the most widely spoken Indo-European language in the world.
