Take your stroke to the top line, making a loop going back down to the bottom line. From there we will take the stroke up and make a loop below the centerline. From there we will take our stroke and loop it out to the right to either end the letter or connect to your next letter.

Writing an Uppercase N in Cursive

As you see in the diagram (above), begin the capital N in the upper left on the top line. Take your stroke down to the bottom line, after that bring your stroke back to the top line. Take your stroke back to the bottom, finishing your initial stroke.

Writing a Lowercase h in Cursive

A lowercase cursive h is similar to a lowercase handwritten h. You want to begin your stroke just below the dotted, center line. Bringing your stroke up to the top line and slightly to the right. Once at the top line, make a loop coming back down.

A cursive capital D is going to be the harder one of the two letters, as you can see in the diagram (above). The lowercase letter d is similar to the lowercase handwritten letter d, but you add a small tail to the stem of the letter.

He came up with the name “chirythmography,” from the Greek words for “timed hand writing.” He used a metronome for writers to keep pace with his elliptical letters, which he claimed were inspired by nature.

Five of the letters in the English Alphabet are vowels: A, E, I, O, U. The remaining 21 letters are consonants: B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, X, Z, and usually W and Y.
