How to spell sorcerer

The word sorcerer can be used for any gender, but it typically refers to a man. The word sorceress refers to a woman who performs sorcery.

noun, plural sor·cer·ies.

the art, practices, or spells of a person who is supposed to exercise supernatural powers through the aid of evil spirits; black magic; witchery.

: a person who practices sorcery : wizard.

Generally, the wizard has access to more spells (both in terms of spell slots and spells known), and thus is more flexible than the sorcerer, but the sorcerer can do some funky things with the few spells they do know. Wizards have better sustained abilities, while sorcerers have stronger nova powers.

There is no single “best” race option for a sorcerer; it all comes down to personal preference. Humans are a solid choice for their level 1 bonus feat, and for the bonus CHA from Human Adaptability, an enhancement.

Remember, the 3 stories Loki has been in haven’t really required a display of his personal power, illusions mostly, he shows considerably more power in the comics but Doctor Strange we would expect would exceed this power.

Marvel’s ultimate debate settled: Scarlet Witch is the strongest Avenger of MCU.

STRANGE: FULL CONTROL. Scarlet Witch is (probably) more powerful than Strange when it comes to just raw abilities. The thing that gives Strange a slight edge over Wanda is his amazing control. Anyone’s who read Scarlet Witch’s character in 21st century comics knows her biggest weakness is herself.

Hercules

Over 3000 years old, Hercules, the son of Zeus, is considered the physically strongest character in the entire Marvel universe. He is stronger than both Thor and Hulk, and once pulled the entire island of Manhattan which weighed 99,000,000,000 tons.

Scarlet Witch and Jean Grey, possessed by the Phoenix Force, are two incredibly strong X-Men. Although innately powerful without her celestial burden, Jean Grey is dramatically changed and dramatically more powerful when possessed with the cosmic entity known as the Phoenix Force.

Jean Grey does not have super strength. She has many powers which are strong by themselves, but in terms of physical strength she is much weaker than Thanos.

Odin’s sword alone could destroy the universe as we know it. So, of course, he could beat the Phoenix in a fight. Literally a god, Odin makes enormous mistakes but does tend to rule much more benevolently and with a better head on his shoulders than the raw Phoenix force.

Raven’s best ability is Emotion Manipulation and Scarlet Witch’s biggest weakness is her fragile mind. So either Raven takes out Wanda by manipulating her emotions or in a fit of rage, Wanda kills Raven. In power vs power scenario, Wanda is far too powerful for Raven.

2 Jean Grey: Mutant Powers

Without the Phoenix Force, the source of Jean Grey’s powers stems from her mutant genes. As an Omega-level mutant, Jean is exceptionally powerful. Her telekinetic abilities could overwhelm even the emotionally controlled Raven in a fight.

As foreshadowed in the official trailer, Mystique/Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) dies in Dark Phoenix. In the film, the franchise’s new Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) and the rest of the X-Men are sent out on a mission to outer space, but in the process of rescuing a crew of astronauts, a mysterious entity enters Jean.

In some sense yes, but in terms of strength you can’t really compete with him. Raven has mystical forces at her disposal so she could use them to trick Superman or render his powers useless, but Superman is seen as the better role model and is the more popular hero.
