Why are my AirPods not resetting?
You can’t fully reset the Airpods unless *both* airpods are fully physically connected inside the case. The catch is that one airpod might not fully connect, so even if it’s physically in the case, the case doesn’t *think* it’s in there, and won’t let you reset no matter how long you hold down the button.
Where is the button on AirPods 1?
The small and flush button on the back of the charging case is used for pairing the AirPods to non-Apple devices as well. To connect the AirPods to a device that you have not paired it with before, put the wireless earbuds back in the case and keep the lid of it open.
Why are my AirPods only working in one ear?
In some cases, the issue may simply be that your AirPods aren’t clean. Make sure both AirPods are cleaned thoroughly. It sounds silly, but if they are full of ear wax, they won’t work. Using a Q-tip, clean the charging case where the malfunctioning AirPod makes its connection.
