The correct pronunciation is: Kah-may-ha-may-ha.

SSJ2 is 2X stronger than SSJ, If Goku could stack Kaioken on top of it, X2 would have just been small potatoes.

No humans don’t have the ability to use kaioken. re: Humans Kaioken? I doubt any human could with stand that. That’s all a matter of ki-control; humans should be able to do that just as well as Saiyans.
