Depending on the taste and potency you desire, use between a half-eighth (1.75 grams) and eighth (3.5) per brownie box. The rich chocolate in fudge brownies (regular and walnut are usually also available) does wonders to mask the flavor, but more than an eighth and the earthiness of the weed begins to overpower.
