Do you need longer shocks with a spindle lift?
Remember that a spindle or bodylift do NOT affect shock length as a spindle will only move the wheel location down for more lift,and a body lift makes the body sit above the frame 2-3 inches more while not effecting suspension parts either.

You will need an alignment. The spindle isn’t in a strait line, it’s angled. You also swap tie rods bottom to top. It may be close, but you won’t be aligned.
