The only way to accurately determine if your Liquid Cooling Pump is functioning, is by checking the Pump RPM. This will only be possible if the pump cable is connected directly to a fan header on the motherboard.

According to the H510i manual, it SHOULD NOT fit. But according to specs on the website, it SHOULD fit. And I’ve seen many builds online with H510 and X63 and it seemed fine.

You don’t refill AIO coolers unless they are expandable, they are sealed and it would defeat the purpose. As for noise, liquid cooling typically offers lower noise for achieving the same temps, but that also depends on the fan you use. Cases don’t ‘require‘ one or the other, so you‘ll be good.
