What happens if Grubhub doesn’t find a driver?
Eventually grubhub will cancel the order and contact the customer to let them know if no drivers accept it. As for the food, that’s up to the restaurant. I worked call center support for grubhub. The way it works is if the restaurant has already prepared the food, grubhub will pay them 100% for it.
