Viki – Shows offered by Viki are legally licensed and they are offered raw (without subtitles). Teams of volunteers segment and subtitle the shows, which is not as fast as Drama Fever, but there members also get to enjoy zero commercials and timed comments.

Kocowa doesn’t have any Viki dramas but Viki has some Kocowa dramas. Kocowa releases the subtitles very fast as compared to Viki, so you don’t have to wait for two or three days for the subs. Kocowa provides some extra K-Dramas to Viki.

Actually, Viu is the Asian-Pacific version of Viki simply because they have a huge library of content, especially Kdramas and Kshows. So, if you live in Southeast Asia, Viu may be the better choice than Viki (since Viki is mainly available in the Americas, and thanks to geo-restrictions).

If you like watching as things as they air, viki plus is worth it. Viki is getting some of the old DramaFever (RIP) shows which is nice. Creators: If you like to make screengrabs or gifs, Viki has a much nicer image output so your images will be prettier.

Viki is free! We do have a subscription service called Viki Pass, that lets you watch exclusive content, free of ads, and in HD when available. If you do not wish to pay a subscription, you can still watch most of our content with ads and SD quality on our website or our apps.

KissAsian is an illegal website that has been downloading and sharing property that is not theirs. KissAsian has many cloned sites. These have been created to help bypass some of the technical issues that the site has been experiencing such as links that don’t respond and overloads on the server etc.

The closure of the site comes after news that Japan’s parliament would be enacting stricter laws on copyright material, announced back in June. It also regulates “leech websites” that provide users with hyperlinks to download torrent files of pirated materials. The ban will take effect January 1, 2021.

It’s been rumored that they target viewers and install malware to obtain personal information. A: KissAsian does not do this but the cloned and fake sites are the ones that do. You need to be careful about using cloned Kissasian sites.
