Can you cancel a Pro Tools subscription?
Avid subscription products are not eligible for return or early termination. Subscriptions and upgrade plans are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your MyAvid Master Account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plan period.
How do I cancel my avid subscription?
There is no manual way to delete your account yourself, as it contains important historical transaction information. In accordance with our privacy policy, you may submit a request to delete your Account to privacy@avid.com.
