You can mark your place in an audiobook and make notes using the Audible app. However, this isn’t as efficient as having a copy of the book that you can flick through on a screen or a tablet.

Answer. No. If you end your Audible Premium Plus membership, your credits will be lost with your other membership benefits. It would be best to try and use all of your credits before you make the final decision to end your membership.
