Are you supposed to wear a bra under a sports bra?
In ideal circumstances, you should not wear anything underneath your workout bra. If you buy a properly fitting and good quality bra, you are not supposed to bother wearing it over a normal one. An athletic Bra is meant to be comfortable as workout underwear. Wearing another bra underneath it makes it uncomfortable.
Is sports bra size same as normal bra?

How do you know what size sports bra to buy?
This is a two-step process:
- First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number.
- Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size.
