Morgan ‘Morgz’ Hudson was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, on 6 August 2001 – his zodiac sign is Leo and he holds British nationality. He is a YouTuber and a social media celebrity, who is mostly focused on uploading comedy videos onto his channel, including challenges, pranks and random things from his everyday life.

Mum, early life and education

Morgz was raised in Sheffield an only child, by his mum Jill Hudson who is also a YouTube star, and his father Darren who is a Twitter star. Jill’s YouTube channel is entitled “Morgz Mum” which she launched on 31 July 2017, and there are currently over 3.5 million people subscribed to it, while she’s accumulated nearly 340 million views of all her videos combined.

Darren has over 20,000 people following him on Twitter; he and Jill have been divorced for several years now, and Jill is married to her second husband Martin, who has been featured in several of Jill and Morgz’s videos.

Morgz attended a local high school in Sheffield at which he was physically very active as he played soccer and basketball, and after he matriculated in 2019, Morgz decided not to enroll at a college but to focus on his career as a YouTuber – there are rumors circulating the internet that Morgz didn’t attend high school at all, but no proof has been provided to support these.

Career as a YouTuber

Morgz launched his channel on 10 June 2014, and has since gathered over 11.3 million subscribers, while his videos all combined have been viewed over 2.4 billion times. Two of his currently most popular videos are “Spin the MYSTERY Wheel Challenge w/GIRLFRIEND!! (1 Spin = 1 Dare)” which has been seen over 36 million times since 14 September 2018, and “Throwing a Dart at a Map & BUYING Whatever it Lands on – Challenge” which has been watched nearly 32 million times since 24 January 2019.

Morgz’s career on YouTube began when he started uploading gaming videos onto his channel “LegendaryGamerHD”, which usually featured him playing “Minecraft”, “FIFA” and “Call of Duty” – he changed the channel’s name to “AngryGamerHD” and then to “MorgzGaming”. He created several video series, such as “Outlast”, “Shout Out Sunday” and “Gaming Setup”, and then changed his channel’s name again, to “ItsMorgz”. After gathering 40,000 subscribers, he changed the channel’s name to what it is today, and started uploading numerous FIFA videos, which helped him reach 200,000 subscribers. Morgz has also uploaded numerous “Pokemon Go” and “Fortnite” videos.

He is  a star on Instagram too, on which there are over 900,000 people following him, while he’s uploaded over 350 pictures onto his account.

Rumors and controversies

Morgz has been criticized by many people on the internet, including some who are famous YouTubers, for having stolen other people’s ideas, and for having used clickbait. He made his mum a ‘sexual predator’ after he called one of his videos “MY MUM HAD SEX WITH ME WHEN I WAS 12” – the YouTuber Kavos exposed Morgz and he then changed the name of the video. The famous YouTuber MrBeast has accused Morgz of copying his ideas – two of Morgz’s videos “I Put 100 Million Orbeez in my Mom’s Backyard” and “I Spent 24 Hours in Slime” are the same as MrBeast’s.

Morgz also used her ex-girlfriend Tamzin’s picture as the thumbnail of his video “GIRLFRIEND Controls My Life For 24 HOURS! – Challenge” – after she learned about it and exposed him on her Twitter account, Morgz changed the thumbnail.

Arrested

There have been some rumors circulating the internet that Morgz was arrested, as he’s uploaded a video onto his YouTube channel which features a policeman cuffing him, however, it has since been revealed that the scene was staged. Morgz is also occasionally mistaken for a Spanish YouTuber, who was sentenced to spend 15 months in jail in 2017 after he pranked a homeless man by giving him an Oreo filled with toothpaste.

Love life and girlfriend

Morgz has dated several girls, and is very open when it comes to his love life. One of his first girlfriends whom the public knows about was Kiera Bridger, a YouTuber who is known for her comic videos, and who is subscribed to by over 3.8 million people. They dated for around two years before announcing on their social media accounts that they split on 30 July 2019. Morgz then dated the Instagram star Anastasia Kingsnorth – also known as ‘Floral Princess’ – but after being together for just two months and then splitting, Morgz claimed that the two never really dated.

Morgz has recently broken up with his girlfriend Tamzin Taber, a TikTok star who is one year older than him, so as of October 2020, he is single, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children. It’s rumored that the two might have reconciled, while the latest picture that features them together was uploaded onto Morgz’s Instagram account two months ago.

Hobbies and other interests

Morgz enjoys leading a lavish life. He often travels and stays only at the most expensive hotels, while many people have claimed that Morgz isn’t very nice to people around him. Conversely, although Morgz is 19, he usually behaves as if he is a lot younger.

He works out at his own gym several times a week, and is also following a strict diet.

He is a lover of animals, and has a pet dog as well as a pet squirrel and a pet snake.

He is a fan of fast cars, with BMW being his favorite brand, while he is planning to buy himself a Lamborghini sometime in the future.
