Prince Lucerys Velaryon is the second child of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Ser Laenor Velaryon (John MacMillan), yet many people believe that Ser Harwin Strong is his father (Ryan Corr).

Following the passing of his aunt, Laena Lucerys has a crucial role to play in House of the Dragon. The Velaryon brothers confronted Prince Aemond Targaryen when he tried to mount Vhagar, one of House Targaryen’s dragons.
