After a drastic weight loss of 14 stones, former ‘TOWIE’ star James Argent continues his health journey.
Former “TOWIE” star James “Arg” Argent has already been praised for his openness regarding his gastric sleeve and behind-the-scenes hardships throughout his weight loss quest.

James ‘Arg’ Lost an Impressive Weight of 14 Stones
After the massive weight loss, James “Arg” Argent appears to be a completely different guy. Following weight loss surgery last year, he recently lost 14 stones.
Similarly, James has been open and honest about his years-long problem with binge eating. He revealed that he once weighed 27 stones before having a gastric sleeve inserted last year.
He was even told that because he was overweight and asthmatic, he would be in great danger of dying during the coronavirus pandemic until he dropped weight.
James decided to get gastric sleeve surgery with @wearetransform after physicians warned him he was on “death row.” The procedure lowered the size of his stomach and limited how much he could eat.
After shedding a significant amount of weight, the presenter has become a fitness enthusiast. He can be seen regularly sharing workouts and healthy living tips with his Instagram followers and even has his fitness app.
Former Star of TOWIE James Argent’s Health Update
As James Argent posed for images, the former TOWIE star, who has just shed 14 stone, was happier and healthier than ever.
On Thursday, James partied at Olivia’s La Cala in Marbella, Spain, and began to showcase his great weight loss.
James appeared as smart as ever, dressed in a teal shirt, beige slacks, and brown shoes.
He took to the dance floor with many other patrons and then took to the stage, where he grabbed the mic.
Is James Argent Afflicted With Any disease?
Since gaining success on “TOWIE”, James Argent has battled alcohol and drug addiction, and he was suspended from the program in 2014 after failing a routine drug test.
He had previously suffered from drugs and alcohol, nearly dying after two drug overdoses while addicted to cocaine, but he had worked through his problems and had been drug-free for two years.
However, Arg relapsed and began drinking earlier this month, forcing anxious friends to send an ambulance to his house in Essex.
Last month, the TV celebrity said his relapse took him two days to recover from.
He is now committed to getting healthier and attends a walk-in rehab center six days a week.
Seeing him now, James appears to be in good health and satisfied with his current physical condition.
