How Much Money Does Billy Talent Make? Latest Billy Talent Net Worth Income Salary

Billy Talent is a Canadian punk rock band based in Mississauga, Ontario, that formed in 2004. They were founded in 1993 by Benjamin Kowalewicz, who sang lead vocals, Ian D’Sa, who played guitar, Jon Gallant, who played bass, and Aaron Solowoniuk, who played drums. Before achieving widespread popularity, the band had been around for almost a decade. It was at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School that the members of Pezz met and began performing together.

They stayed underground in Toronto’s alternative music scene until 2001. After getting into legal problems with their previous moniker, the band changed their name to Billy Talent. It was at this point that Kowalewicz’s relationship with an employee of Warner Music Canada’s A&R department resulted in the band landing a record contract and catapulting them into mainstream popularity. Since then, Billy Talent has achieved two multi-platinum albums in Canada and has continued to extend their international popularity, which includes a 20-month tour in support of their third album, which was released last year.

They published their fourth album, Billy Talent III, on July 14, 2009, and their fifth album, Dead Silence, on September 4, 2012. They have also released a number of singles. A complete UK tour was organised to coincide with the release of Dead Silence in October and November of that year. On November 4, 2014, the band will release a greatest hits collection named “Hits” in order to celebrate the band’s 20-year anniversary of the release of their first studio album.
